OUTREACH AND EVANGELISM MINISTRY

 In May 2009, Mr. Gerald Sawyer was assumed leadership of the newly combined Ministry of Outreach and Evangelism, which, prior to that time, were separate ministries.

 The Mission/Vision statement is: “A Compassionate Ministry; helping those less fortunate than ourselves; a Ministry responding to human needs; helping the fallen, those we know of and those we do not know.”

The Outreach and Evangelism Ministry is mandated to assist all those in need within the parish and surrounding community; to reach out to delinquent members and to the un-churched.  Outreach is our response to God’s call; evangelism is the presentation of the call of God to others.

 

Areas for which the Outreach and Evangelism Ministry is responsible are:
